Packaging & Care

All posters are carefully rolled and protected in a rigid tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Every order is prepared with care in our workshop in Catalonia.

Dispatch Times & Carriers

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipments are sent via Colissimo tracked, registered mail, courier/carrier, or an equivalent service.

  • For certain items (special formats/materials), please contact us in advance to ensure the best delivery option.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns (14 Days)

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please note:

Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: The poster must be returned in its original packaging, carefully protected, and in perfect condition.

Returns cannot be accepted if the poster is damaged, creased, or otherwise deteriorated.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer pays return shipping, except in the case of our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect order).

  • If the error is ours, we will cover the return costs and offer either an exchange or a full refund.
